We acknowledge the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work and live, and recognise their continuing connection to land, water and community. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging who have maintained Country for millennia.

2018 DULWICH GROVE-2
2018 DULWICH GROVE-1

Dulwich Grove Apartments is located on New Canterbury Road, sitting high up on the ridge directly adjacent the light rail station, and within two blocks of the vibrant village of Dulwich Hill. It provides an important urban marker on the light rail.

The development is organised as a family of three buildings around a ‘paradise garden.’ The garden is a green heart, a passive space that provides outlook, privacy, tranquillity, and access to the apartment lobbies – a garden to come home to. The planted greenway, street trees and roof gardens all work to make this a more beautiful place.

The design allows for a variety of individual tastes, environmental and living preferences, while maintaining a strong connection towards a community, centred on a garden.
